Our amazing Osteopath Leyla is going to be running a pregnancy workshop on Saturday 28th August!
In this workshop you will learn about safe movements during late pregnancy and how to ease pelvic girdle pain and pubis symphysis dysfunction. We will supply you with exercises on how to open up through the hips and teach supportive positions and breath techniques for labour. There will also be a focus on the 6-week postpartum period, pelvic floor work and how to ease yourself back safely into exercise.
