Katie Roberts

PoleStar Comprehensive Pilates Instructor
With over 13 years of experience teaching a diverse range of movement modalities—from pole dance and circus arts to aqua aerobics, flexibility, and functional strength training—Katie brings depth, creativity, and compassion to every class. For the past six years, she’s focused her passion on Pilates and is now a proud Polestar-certified comprehensive instructor, excited to join the team at Mount Pilates.

Katie’s philosophy around movement is simple yet powerful: “Move it or lose it.” She believes that making time to move your body outside of daily routines is one of the greatest acts of self-care. In a world that’s constantly rushing, Katie sees Pilates as a sanctuary—a way to tune into the body, recalibrate, and create movement habits that are restorative, long-lasting, and preventative.

Her teaching style is detailed and intuitive, layering physical demonstrations with clear verbal cues, tactile adjustments, and vivid imagery to support deeper understanding. Expect classes that are focused and challenging, yet light-hearted—where hard work is balanced with laughter, and progress is always celebrated.
