Danelle

One Hot Yoga & Pilates & Balance Body Method Trained Teacher

After spending the last 15 years overseas, Danelle has returned to the Bay to make the most of beach life. She first discovered Pilates 13 years ago as a way to balance her hot yoga practice and was instantly hooked (maybe a little obsessed). Pilates soon became a way of life.

Danelle first dipped her toe into teaching in 2014, and in 2023 she completed a comprehensive 300-hour mat and reformer training through One Hot Pilates. She is currently expanding her training through the Balanced Body apparatus program. With a background in advertising and UX strategy, she found Pilates to be the perfect complement to her corporate life.
She loves connecting with clients and creating classes that flow intelligently, are fun, challenging, and bring the good vibes. She enjoys watching her clients grow from week to week and loves to sneak in a juicy glute series or a satisfying swan whenever she can.

Her classes plan for an achievable level of challenge, working through all planes of motion to provide clients with a well-rounded Pilates experience.

Danelle enjoys bringing a class to life in a way that enables students to challenge themselves, get into a flow state of mind, have a good time, and feel motivated to keep coming back to refine their Pilates practice.
