Emma has been teaching Pilates since 2013. Fourth generation taught from Joseph Pilates in classical training – she is qualified in both mat and Reformer. Her style of teaching style incorporates the truest form of classical Pilates by focusing on moving the body through a full range of movement, in all directions, throughout each and every class.
Working a busy and long hour desk job in Finance, Emma ended up seeing a physiotherapist for aches and pains, which in turn led her to Pilates. With a fascination in how quickly she saw results from Pilates she soon qualified and became an instructor to share on her knowledge.
Having such a personal connection with the success of Pilates means that Emma is incredibly thorough and passionate for seeing others benefit and thrive from this too. Her approach to teaching incorporates full body work that is fluid, efficient, dynamic and gains long-term sustainable results.
