Luana is a physiotherapist graduated in Brazil and has specialised in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Reiki, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Cupping.
With over 10 years of experience in this field, she loves helping clients achieving their goals and healing from injuries.
She has a knowledgeable approach to movement and like to give attention to each client, making sure that they have got their needs met.

During her massage treatment, you can expect a muscle release. She will go through the trigger points that have been limiting the muscle mobility, sometimes using cupping for better results.
Luana also offers Lymphatic Massage which involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes so they can get rid of toxins in your body.
