Esteban Barra
Esteban joined our team 3 months ago and has already made life-changing impacts for a number of people who have been supported by him. Esteban’s special interest is chronic pain and inflammation and he looks beyond just the physical presentation to what’s really driving the problem. He is a passionate reader of research, so all his advice and treatment approach is driven by the most up-to-date scientific knowledge. Esteban is a truely holistic practitioner, combining hands-on osteopathic techniques with evidence-based advice on diet, habits, physical exercise and supplementation. You can make very minimal changes to your lifestyle with massive impact if you are given the right info for your needs! As well as holding Osteopathy and Physiotherapy degrees, Esteban is currently completing his Masters in Psycho-neuro-immunology. If you are ready to get on top of your long standing health concerns, book an appointment with Esteban – he will make the complex simple to resolve!
Ella Cameron
Ella has healing hands! Since joining us at the beginning of the year, we have had such wonderful feedback on her gentle and thoughtful treatment approach. She is very familiar treating acute neck and back pain, loves a good shoulder trigger point and any and all sports injuries. One of her favourite problems to resolve is neck tension and headaches. She is also very comfortable interacting with children and feels that the gentle osteopathic care is so valuable to growing bodies. Ella is available after work hours and on Saturdays, so there is no excuse to keep complaining about that sore neck or niggling back!
Leyla Baillie
Leyla is known for her peaceful manner and “seeing” hands, that find all the tension spots. Her particular interest is how stress and emotions are held in the body and she enjoys exploring these through hands-on treatment, somatics (focusing on sensing the body and visualising its inner workings), breathing, and movement. She wishes everyone to have a deep and connected relationship with their own body and has recently completed a Somatic Dance Teacher training program. Look out for upcoming info on her new offerings regarding this – her first Somatic Dance will be held on 26th June!
