Ana is originally from Argentina, living in New Zealand for the last 4 years.
She has been a physical education teacher since 2008, specialising in Pilates, Indoor biking, global postural gymnastics instructor & an instructor of myofascial techniques. She is also a dance teacher of contemporary, arabic & tango , where she learnt the importance of posture and elegance in moving, to avoid injuries.
She has more than 8 years teaching pilates. She is passionate about conscious movement and posture, with a special emphasis on the pursuit of health & wellbeing.
Ana, teaches group & private classes, where she supports clients to find the right movement to improve their abilities (strength, flexibility & co-ordination) as well as overcome their limitations.
