Pilates was originally created for rehabilitation. From minor to more severe injuries and long term problems, Pilates can help you regain control and mobility. Our private and semi-private studio sessions give you the ideal space and support to work toward your own goals at your own pace. Pilates classes are also great for injury prevention by helping to address total body balance and teaching mindful movement and greater body awareness.
All our Pilates instructors have a depth of knowledge when it comes to rehabilitation and can design individual programs that will speed up your recovery. With the use of our state of the art equipment we can control the support or resistance precisely and give you an integrated full body workout, despite any limitations. We are happy to work with your primary healthcare practitioner (GP/specialist/physiotherapist/osteopath) and coach/trainer to discuss your Pilates programme in order to give you the most effective exercises.
