Studio Pilates is a dynamic and highly effective form of exercise, all our classes are equipment based. We use a range of the best BASI Systems Apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and small equipment to provide feedback and increase body awareness.
Pilates is always a full-body workout. It balances flexibility, strength and mobility work with stability and balance challenges and is therefore very effective in rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as enhancing athletic performance and adaptiveness.
Our classes are small (5 people max) and personalised, run by teachers trained in the full ‘Comprehensive Pilates Method’. We get to know you and your needs individually, so that we can look after you well and optimize the sessions to your goals.
We also offer Clinical Pilates, which is Pilates for Rehabilitation purposes. Our teacher are knowledgeable in many injuries and health conditions and can assist you in improving your quality of life through Pilates. We commonly work with clients who experience lower back pain, sciatica, knee and hip arthritis, joint replacements, shoulder injuries, balance issues, postpartum issues and many others. Please discuss your needs with us before booking your private session. Our general group classes are not suitable unless you already have a good understanding of Pilates first.
Due to the nature of our small focused classes we do require you to book into any classes that you intend to attend in advance. You can do so via your Punchpass login or by giving us a call.

Group Pilates Classes
Beginner Reformer
We recommend that you begin your Pilates journey with a few Private sessions for the optimal experience. However we do offer a few beginners classes which will teach you the basics of working with the reformer. Pilates at its best is about technique and even if you have a good level of physical fitness it is important to understand the details, equipment and our cueing. In the beginners classes you will learn about spinal articulation, breathing, weight bearing and alignment, axial elongation and core control.

Reformer
We move at a moderate pace in our open Reformer classes, covering the full beginner and intermediate pilates repertoire on the reformer as well as using the tower, mat and occasionally other apparatus. These classes are perfect for developing breath, core stability, balance, integrated movements, and mind-body connection.
It is important that you have a good level of experience with Reformer Pilates as well as the Pilates Method principles before joining our open Reformer Pilates classes. These are not classes for beginners. Please begin with Private sessions or our Beginners’ classes instead.

Advanced Studio
We make use of the full range of Pilates apparatus in these sessions and expect our clients to have knowledge of the repertoire and equipment to a sufficient level to work semi-independently through the exercises.
Please do not book an advanced class without consulting us first. Advanced Pilates requires not only physical fitness but a thorough understanding of the Pilates repertoire and techniques.
