Studio Pilates is a dynamic and highly effective form of exercise. We use a range of the best BASI Systems Reformer and Tower combo (this includes the popular reformer) to provide feedback and increase body awareness. Our classes are small (5 people max) and personalised. We get to know you and your needs individually, so that we can look after you well and optimize the sessions to your goals.
Pilates is always a full-body workout. It balances strength and mobility work with stability and balance challenges and is therefore very effective in rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as enhancing and athletic performance and adaptiveness.
Due to the nature of our small, intimate classes we do require you to book into any classes that you intend to attend. You can do so via your Punchpass login or by giving us a call.

Group Pilates Classes
Fundamentals/Beginners
‘Fundamentals’ is a class designed for those brand new to Reformer Pilates or for those wanting to focus on perfecting their technique to enhance their practice. We will be working on spinal articulation, breathing, weight bearing and alignment, and axial elongation and core control.
We require anyone without any prior experience in Reformer Pilates to join a fundamentals class for at least 3 months before moving into an open class.
Intermediate
We move at a moderate pace in our intermediate classes, while still taking time to focus on lengthening and strengthening. This session is perfect for developing core strength, balance, integrated movements, and mind-body connection.
We ask that anyone joining an intermediate level class has a minimum of 3 months Reformer Pilates experience.
Advanced
A faster, more fitness based class for those who have past experience with reformer Pilates. This session is designed to engage and target major muscle groups through dynamic, fluid transitions that leave you feeling like you’ve used your entire body. In this session we test strength, balance and core stability through slightly higher intensity movements.
This session is designed for those who have a minimum of 6 months Reformer Pilates experience and a high level of fitness. If you are new to our studio, please initially book into a fundamentals or open class and from there discuss with your instructor whether an advanced class would be suitable for you.
Specialised Programs
Intermediate – Good Back Program (Back friendly)
Our Good Back Program is specifically designed to teach you to understand your body, move better and help reduce the incidence and severity of back pain and sciatica. Suitable for people who have been recommended by their Osteopath, Medical Practitioner or Physiotherapist to do Pilates or a similar exercise program. Symptoms should be fairly stable, best to wait around 6 weeks after an injury or until acute symptoms have subsided. With a maximum of 5 people, you will get the attention you require to move safely and achieve positive outcomes.
Pregnancy Program (6 weeks)
A fabulous 6 week program safe for all pregnant women (16wks onwards) focusing on finding strength, stability and flexibility in a safe and productive way. Our classes have a max of 5 women to ensure that you are always observed, supported and guided appropriately.
Block of 6 weeks: $180
Mums & Bubs – Post-natal Program (6 weeks)
A program to guide you safely through your post-natal recovery. Suitable from 6 weeks after the birth until your baby starts walking or until 1 year post-partum if you are joining without bubs. Our classes have a max of 5 mums to ensure that you are always observed, supported and guided appropriately.
Cancellation policy: Please note that there is a strict cancellation policy for all sessions. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling or rescheduling a session. The policy also applies for not turning up to your session. This allows us time to book another client in who is waiting for a spot. The cancellation fee is one class credit for group classes and $50 for all other sessions and must be paid before booking any further sessions.
