CLASSES AND FEES

Introductory Offer

Here at Mount Pilates we offer your first class at a rate of $20.

Due to the nature of our small, intimate classes we ask that you call or pop in to book your introductory class. Once you have completed your intro class we can then determine what level will suit you best going forward.


Group Pilates Classes

Our group classes take a maximum of 4 people and are equipped with the best BASI Systems Reformer and Tower combo.

Fundamentals

(Beginners Course)

‘Fundamentals’ is a course designed specifically for those brand new to Reformer Pilates. In a 4 week course we teach you the basic Pilates principles:

  • Spinal Articulation
  • Breathing
  • Weight bearing and alignment
  • Axial Elongation and Core Control

After completing this course you be able to confidently enter a group class of your choice.

We require anyone without any prior experience in Reformer Pilates to complete this course.

Bend and Mend

Bend and Mend is a session that focuses on lengthening and strengthening the whole body. It is a class perfectly designed for those in the early stages of their Pilates journey, anyone who wants to take things a little gentler, or has a few aches or niggles that need a little extra love and attention. We focus on moving safely through a range of movements that all aim to improve flexibility, core stability, alignment and balance.

Single Session: $35

Block of 5 Sessions: $160pp

Block of 10 Sessions: $300pp

Focus and Form

Focus and Form is a more challenging Pilates class focusing on neuromuscular training, correct technique, breathing and mindful movements. This session is perfect for developing core strength, balance, integrated movements, and mind-body connection.

This session is designed for those who have completed our Fundamentals course or have a minimum of 6 months Reformer/Studio Pilates experience.

Single Session: $35

Block of 5 Sessions: $160pp

Block of 10 Sessions: $300pp


Burn and Firm

A faster, more fitness based class for those who have past experience with reformer Pilates. This session is designed to engage and target major muscle groups through dynamic, fluid transitions that leave you feeling like you’ve used your entire body. In this session we test strength, balance and core stability through slightly higher intensity movements. Burn and firm is the perfect blend of the Pilates principles mixed with functional exercise and strength conditioning.

This session is designed for those who have completed our Fundamentals course or have a minimum of 6 months Reformer/Studio Pilates experience.

Single Session: $35

Block of 5 Sessions: $160pp

Block of 10 Sessions: $300pp

Good Back Program

Our Good Back Program is specifically designed to teach you to understand your body, move better and help reduce the incidence and severity of back pain and sciatica. Suitable for people who have been recommended by their Osteopath, Medical Practitioner or Physiotherapist to do Pilates or a similar exercise program. Symptoms should be fairly stable, best to wait around 6 weeks after an injury or until acute symptoms have subsided. With a maximum of 4 people, you will get the attention you require to move safely and achieve positive outcomes. 

Block of 5 Sessions: $160pp

Block of 8 sessions: $240pp

Block of 10 Sessions: $300pp


Bump – Pregnancy Program (8 weeks)

A fabulous 8 week program safe for all pregnant women, focusing on finding strength, stability and flexibility in a safe and productive way. Our classes have a max of 4 women to ensure that you are always observed, supported and guided appropriately.

Block of 8 weeks: $240 (payment plans available)


Mums & Bubs – Post-natal Program (8 weeks)

A program to guide you safely through your post-natal recovery. Suitable from 6 weeks after the birth until your baby starts walking or until 1 year post-partum if you are joining without bubs. Our classes have a max of 4 mums to ensure that you are always observed, supported and guided appropriately.

Block of 8 weeks: $240 (payment plans available)

Private Studio Pilates Sessions

In these private sessions you choose who to share our beautiful studio space with. Be it your partner, group of friends or just a special something for yourself, our Pilates studio can cater to what ever you wish.

Private Pilates Session

An initial private session serves to provide a study of how you move, establish your goals and teach you how to use the Pilates equipment. Private sessions are also wonderful on a regular basis if you would like an entirely personalised workout to reach your goals faster or rehabilitate from an injury or surgery.

Couples Pilates Sessions

Shared with one other, each client works to their own individual program with close support and guidance from your instructor. If you want to function better in your favourite hobbies, improve sports performance, prevent and recover quickly from an injury, have physical limitations, or want to set your own challenging goals… semi-private sessions in our beautiful Pilates studio will set you on the right path! Plus practicing with a friend adds a great fun atmosphere to your workout!

Private Group Class

We love to cater for specific needs, so if you have a group of 4 people with the same interest or goal and would like your own private classes, please get in touch and we will make it happen!

*Cancellation policy: Please note that there is a strict cancellation policy for all sessions. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required if cancelling or rescheduling a session. The policy also applies for not turning up to your session. This allows us time to book another client in who is waiting for a spot. The cancellation fee is $30 for group classes and $50 for all other sessions and must be paid before booking any further sessions.
