
Private and Semi-Private Studio Pilates sessions use the whole range of pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Trapeze Tower. We will identify your goals, undertake a movement study, and then write you a personal program to follow under close supervision of our instructors. Because we gain a deep understanding of your capabilities in a studio setting, we can really maximise your progression.
Regular Pilates sessions will help you feel your best so you can enjoy everything on offer. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week but even one session will be a great addition on the path to a fitter and healthier lifestyle!
