Sport

Most people who play regular sport or have a regular exercise routine have experienced sports injuries over their lifetime. These commonly include Rotator Cuff Injuries, Tennis Elbow, Back Pain, Muscle Strains, Patellofemoral Knee Pain and Ankle Sprains.

We complete a thorough assessment to provide our patients with an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Treatment includes hands-on techniques including massage, joint mobilization, stretching and manipulation. We also provide advice on promoting recovery and exercises you can do at home.

As osteopaths we also help to prevent injuries from happening in the first place. Our treatment techniques can improve flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance –  helping your performance and reducing your chances of injury.

Osteopaths are registered ACC treatment providers, and are able to lodge an ACC claim for your sports injury.
